Hi there, my name is Dan and I'm the creator and baker here at Zero day. I've been baking since 2007 for friends, family, and coworkers. Baking is more than my hobby, it's where I decompress and get to be alone with my thoughts.
My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer in May of 2026, just after her 40th birthday. Friends and coworkers suggested a GoFundME to help with cost of treatments, traveling, and loss of income. When I see someone I know or if they're a friend of a friend with a GoFundMe, I make donations anonymously. I don't like being the center of attention and I feel as though it should be about the cause, not the giver. Every time I do I feel awful for the people going through their situation and I'm thankful that

it's not us.

As much as I appreciate GoFundMe - I think it's a valuable resource in our society - I would feel better being able to offer this as a service. I enjoy baking, and from the feedback, it's pretty decent. If you're in the mood for some sweet treats that are going to a good cause, please enjoy.
